Bling is a key POTN affiliate and uses POTN to process all its orders.
POTN makes every effort to ensure that the goods you ordered get to you undamaged and in a timely fashion. Please ensure you read the following in the event of a problem to ensure speedy resolution of any problems:
Shipping
Please allow up to 7 working days for goods to arrive.
If the delivery date is to be any longer than 7 days you will be contacted by one of the POTN sales representatives.
In the event that the goods do not arrive, please contact the phone number listed within the product information on the website
To receive an email with all the contact numbers in the event of a return visit the Contact Us page and send and empty enquiry.
The minimum delivery cost is £2.50
All orders will be shipped by recognised carriers or the Royal Mail.
POTN can only ship goods to the credit card holders address.
Please Note
Where an order is placed from a country outside of the European Community, we will require a interantional bank transfer to a nominated account before we can ship any goods.
For orders outside of the UK, place the order and we will contact you regarding delivery of the goods and the costs for your country. No money will be taken from the credit card until you have accepted any additional costs for overseas shipping.

Depending on the reason for return, a small restocking fee may be charged.
